Proof of vaccine against Covid-19 required for entry. Here are our Covid guidelines:
Revival is requiring Proof of Vaccination against COVID-19 for all participants who are eligible for vaccination (i.e. everyone ages 12+). We will continue to welcome youth who are not eligible for vaccination, and we will continue to require masks indoors in accordance with CDC Guidance.
We would greatly appreciate it if you would take the time to read this information.

*This is what we will ask of you for you to visit Revival*
-A waiver will be sent to you via Vagaro, our booking App, along with the 48hr reminder/confirmation, for you to complete and submit before your visit with us. This waiver is required prior to all services at Revival barber+beauty.
-To visit us, and keep us and our guests safe, you must have no symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days. You must not have had any contact with anyone with symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days. You must not have been around anyone with Covid-19 in the last 14 days. We also request that you have NO other symptoms of a cold, cough, stomach bug or flu, regardless if it’s Covid-19. We want you here with us healthy!
-All people inside the salon will be required to wear masks prior to 12pm with the exception of guests having beard or shave services.
-Only one guest per service provider will be allowed inside to minimize the amount of people inside. Unless medically needed attendant is present.
-We will temporarily not allow pets inside the space unless they are service animals.
-We ask that you come in with clean, and dry hair to all barber appointments.
We know this is all a lot and we appreciate you taking the time to read it all and digest it. This is not the exciting part about being open during a pandemic, but it’s a critical part. We appreciate your support and your cooperation in keeping Revival a safe place for us to work, and for you to receive hair care services.
